- Be aged 18 – 75 years old
- Have a regular income of at least £1,000.00 per month
- Been a UK resident for more than 6 months
- Have a UK Credit or Debit card in their name
You can borrow between £1,000 and £14,000, subject to status.
You must be over 18 to apply, you must have lived in the UK for more than 6 months, and have a UK Credit or Debit card in their name.
From 2 to 4 years
You can spread repayments anywhere from 2 years up to 4 years, allowing you to choose a finance option that suits your budget.
Make your repayments manageable
This will depend on the amount you borrow and the amount you put down as a deposit. Your patient coordinator will show you, completely without obligation, the monthly repayments for your treatment.
Yes, a minimum deposit of £750 is required.
Some patients opt to provide a larger deposit to reduce your monthly repayments, but this depends entirely on your financial situation.
We recommend that you only ever pay an affordable deposit.

Hi I'm Andrew Currie
Bariatric Surgeon
Mr Currie has trained in specialist upper GI surgical units in the South East of England (Chichester and Ashford and St Peters Bariatric Units) as well as completing advanced surgical training in Upper GI and Bariatric Surgery at Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, Australia. He has a special interest in the introduction and evaluation of novel surgical technologies including bariatric endoscopy, having received specialist training at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard University in Boston, USA Having read for a PhD in Surgical Innovation at Imperial College in 2016, he has completed several studies using large clinical and routinely collated datasets including the National Bariatric Surgery Registry. As a result of this work, he had received awards from the National Institute for Health Research, the Royal Society of Medicine, the Digestive Disorders Federation, the European Association of Endoscopic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the Dunhill Medical Foundation & the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
His extensive background in clinical practice and research led to him being offered a NICE Scholarship in 2019 to investigate the adoption of Clinical Guideline 189 Quality Standards on using metabolic surgery for patients with obesity and type 2 diabetes.
